Lambino salutes espino for Capitol facelift
A former political opponent of Gov. Amado Espino Jr. heaped praises on him for the transformation of the provincial Capitol into a prime tourist destination.
      
Former Vice-Governor Oscar Lambino, who lost to Espino in the 2007 election and is now consultant to the Presidential Anti-Smuggling Group, said the governor has been doing a good job for the province.

71-yr-old grandma is oldest and proudest elementary graduate
URDANETA CITY--No one is too old to go to school, and graduate! 
      
A living testimony to this is 71-year old Filomena Zamora of Sitio Tabuyoc, Barangay Cayambanan here, who recently received her diploma for completing her elementary education.
       Lola Filomena, mother of five with 11 grandchildren, proudly marched Monday during the school's commencement exercises at the Tabuyoc Elementary School.

THIS year's Pistay Dayat celebration promises to be another spectacular event focusing on environmental awareness.
